I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy, pelvic floor specialist, and mom of 2 toddlers. 

If there’s one thing I've learned after my own chronic pain journey, then having  2 babies in under 2 years, it’s this: you may feel like your body has betrayed you, but you can heal.
